Sanctuary Cities

• Local governments need to be stopped from prohibiting local law enforcement when cooperating with immigration authorities.

• Require notification by local law enforcement to their officers that they have a duty to cooperate with all law enforcement agencies at the state and federal level in the enforcement of immigration law.

Attacks On Critical Infrastructure

• Strengthen tools for investigating criminal activity that attacks utilities and other critical infrastructure sites.



• Increase penalties for criminals convicted of an attack on critical infrastructure.

Election Integrity

• Fight to implement Voter ID constitutional amendment approved by North Carolina voters and struck down by activist judges.

• Strengthen oversight and transparency of local boards of election with regular audits of all ballots cast including chain-of-custody procedures.



• Mandate secure data transfer with limits on external connectivity to voting machines and servers hosting voting data.

Protect Core Freedoms

• All North Carolinians have a right to worship and engage in public discourse without fear of the cancel culture.

• All North Carolinians have a right to protect their family and business through responsible gun-ownership.

• All North Carolinians should be allowed to make their one-of-a-kind contribution to our State and to achieve the fruits of their labor.
